Angela Ruggiero talks to optician Noah Shriber of Gordon Optical in Lexington, Massachusetts about the three factors parents should remember when buying protective eye-wear/sports goggles for their child:
- Make sure to buy the appropriate eye wear for the sport your child is playing.
- Make sure the protective eyewear fits properly (snug but not tight) and allows good peripheral vision; and
- Most importantly, buy goggles that your child actually likes. Sport goggles now come in a variety of colors and shapes to fit every child's needs.
