How to attract more women coaches and board members

I (a male) have recently been elected president of our town's youth soccer program.    I note that only 1 in 7 coaches are women, and almost all of them coach girls, and that only 1 in 6 board members is a woman.     How do I make the program more friendly to women and recruit more women to coaching and leadership roles?
