Easton Foundations

The Easton Foundations are honored to announce that over the last year it has funded over$4.8 million in grants and programs. The Foundations funding supports archery, youth baseball,softball and cycling, as well as education and medical research.

Do Something Seed Grant

Are you working to start a community action project or program? Do you need money to put your ideas into action? If you answered, "YES!", you are eligible to apply for a Do Something Seed Grant. We give out a $500 Do Something Seed Grant every week to help young people just like YOU! These grants can be used towards project ideas and programs that are just getting started, or to jump-start your program and realize your ideas for the first time.

These grants can also be used towards projects that are already developed and sustainable, towards the next steps of your project and organization to help you as you look to expand your project and grow your impact.

Finish Line Youth Foundation

Finish Line Youth Foundation focuses funding on organizations that provide opportunities for youth participation in the following areas:
  • Youth athletic programs - Community-based programs addressing active lifestyle and team building skills.
  • Camps - Established camps with an emphasis on sports and active lifestyle, especially programs serving disadvantaged and special needs kids.

Good Sports (Equipment Grants)

Good Sports is a non-profit whose mission is to increase youth participation in sports, recreation and fitness activities. Good Sports provides sports equipment, apparel, and footwear to youth organizations offering sports, fitness and recreational programs to youth in need. Please read the following carefully prior to applying for equipment grant to better understand our criteria and our process.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Through our investments in our grantees, we seek to improve the health and health care of all Americans. In 2010, we awarded approximately $300 million in grants that fell within seven program areas.

Stewardship Council Youth Investment Program (CA only)

Theircore goal is to improve the lives of underserved youth by providinggreater access to outdoor experiences from urban parks in the city towatersheds in the wilderness.

Jackie Robinson Foundation

Described in The New York Times in 2008 as what "might be the best educational effort in the country," the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF) is a national, not–for–profit, organization founded in 1973 as a vehicle to perpetuate the memory of Jackie Robinson through the advancement of higher education among underserved populations. Uniquely, JRF provides generous four–year college scholarships in conjunction with a comprehensive set of skills and opportunities to disadvantaged students of color to ensure their success in college and to develop their leadership potential.

Kohl's

Every year, Kohl's recognizes and rewards young volunteers (ages 6-18) across the country for their amazing contributions to their communities. This year we are recognizing more than 2,100 kids with more than $415,000 in scholarships and prizes.
